JetBlue puts humanity first, no matter what.
To highlight this, we created an interactive digital display in NYC featuring our Wingman, a real JetBlue crew member. Though it first appeared she’d been prerecorded, unbeknownst to users, she was live. She offered JetBlue’s elevated experience as a topic to explore, then she playfully riffed on participants via a live feed.
Additionally, we installed hidden cameras, a soundstage and a control room inside of the storefront to capture the excitement. Those willing to play along and have some fun got the ultimate reward — free flights.
In the city that’s seen/done/heard it all, JetBlue proves humanity still comes first.
